Setting up your new crossbow
When your bow arrives, read the manual first, then mount the scope and check that every screw is snug. Shoot your first groups at 20 yards from a steady rest and adjust the scope before moving back to 30 and 40 yards. Wax the string lightly every 75 to 100 shots and keep the rail clean. A few minutes of care like this keeps your Excalibur Suppressor CRT shooting tight groups for many seasons.
Questions about the Excalibur Suppressor CRT
How quiet is the Suppressor CRT?
It is one of the quieter bows in the lineup thanks to its suppressors and LimbSaver dampeners, which helps keep game from jumping the string.
Suppressor CRT or Suppressor Extreme?
The Extreme is faster (400 vs 370 FPS) and comes with a crank. The CRT is lighter on the wallet and very quiet.
